The one who has done the journaling, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and still wakes up with that quiet hum underneath everything that says something is missing. The one who is so good at holding everything together that nobody — maybe not even herself — can see how close she is to losing herself completely.
I know her because I was her.
I was the good girl who did everything right and still ended up with her life falling apart anyway. The job. The marriage. The identity I had carefully constructed over decades. All of it crumbled. And in the crumbling — in the ceremony, in the fire, in the spaces between sleep and waking where the truest things come through — I remembered something I had forgotten.
I was never broken. I was buried.
And the fire I thought had gone out was never gone. The embers were still there. Sleeping. Waiting.
Now I hold the space for women to remember who they actually came here to be — through sacred ceremony, energy work, and Human Design — before life has to force their hand.
Not by becoming someone new.
By remembering who they always were.

Each ceremony is woven around the ancient rhythms our bodies already know — the turning of the seasons, the cycles of the moon — even if we've forgotten how to follow them.
In ceremony, my job is to create an energetic container of safety and hold a frequency of unconditional love. When you enter that field, something in you naturally begins to attune to it, and what that looks like is different for everyone.
For some it's release. For some it's activation. For some it's simply feeling, maybe for the first time in a long time, genuinely loved and held.
Whatever moves through you is what was ready. There's no wrong experience here.
